*When buying duct tape, make sure it is at least 9 or 10 mil in strength.
*2" is the width of choice, unless you are planning a large project, in which case use the 3" width tape.
*Make sure you are comparing tape of the same length per roll when pricing; the 60 yard rolls are the most cost effective.
Shipping is usually going to be expensive because - duh - duct tape is heavy.

Michaels usually have a select number of 15 yard rolls of Duck tape for $2.99 each.
Walmart may or may not have a good stock of various colors of Duck tape. You will find them in the painting dept. @ $2.99 for 20 yards.
